Deep Cut Maxi Dress Bird Print

Purchased from Nordstrom. Deep V cut and high slit in the front. There are lined shorts like a romper so it’s very comfortable to wear! Worn once (in this photo) there are little loops though it never had a belt so I’m not sure what purpose they serve? Could be snipped. The background color is a dark navy blue / black
