Decree sheer black maxi skirt size small

Black Decree skirt Small 12.5 in (unstretched elastic waist) skirt is full-length maxi (approx 40 in), pleated outer shell is SHEER under skirt is mini approx 16 in length **see all pics, there is a small hole in outter shell < 1/4 in from hem. It is not noticeable as it is at hemline, skirt is pleated and it is on side of skirt. It could be fixed by taking up hem by 1/2 to 1 in. I will price accordingly**
