Decree flannel top size large but fits like medium imo

Decree red and black plaid flannel top with pearl snap buttons. Fringe ruffle At snap closure adds feminine detailing and elastic scrunching at mid back to cinch in the waist. Tag says size large but fits more like a medium IMO.
