Decree Super Skinny jeans

Super skinny jeans, might be ankle or capri length on some people. Not sure what the wash is called, but as you can see from the photos, these have some type of bleaching going on and in interesting cuff at the bottom. Approx measurements: waist 34", hips 39", leg circumference starts at 22" at the thigh ands and end at 13" a the ankle. Length is 34" from the waist, 25 1/2" from the crotch.
