Decree Pink Striped Pencil Skirt

A dark blue pencil skirt from Decree with pink vertical stripes in a size S. The top has a band that can be rolled down or worn as is. The skirt can just be pulled on to wear and has a lot of stretch. Only worn twice, in great condition!
