Decorative wall plate

Vintage Golden Crown wall plate depicts Murillo beggar boys. Cobalt blue edges with gold rim. Still has original tag from store where this was purchased. I believe this was purchased sometime in the late 1980’s when my mother in law still lived in Evanston.
