Decorative tights (gray, black) birdcage design

Decorative tights. Gray with black design. The decoration falls around the upper shin/calf. There is a design on both sides of the tights. These are thick, soft tights, but I would not say that they are pants or leggings. I don't know what size these are. There is no tag. But I am 5'3", 135 lbs and these fit fine with room to spare. Never worn outside. These are so cute and should go to someone who will wear them!
