Decorative tassel

Brand new decorative tassel. Measures approximately 16” from top of hanging loop to bottom. Center (diamond) piece is identical on both sides. No missing sequins or beads that I can see. Lightweight - the diamond is sort of cushioned with light stuffing inside. Dark brown. Smoke-free home.
