Stunning Heinrich H & C Selb Plate picturing an Elegant Victorian Woman. Rim of plate is a deep, cobalt blue with gold edging around the exterior and interior rim. Rare * hard to find Made in Bavaria Germany. This plate is in mint condition. It has been on display in a glass cabinet. perfect for shelf display or can be hung on the wall for admiring.
