Decorative Ironstone Plate Signed Eugenie with Cobalt Blue & colorful floral pattern all over - heavy gold highlights - gorgeous antique circa 1830's. Sadly there is a significant chip on the rim (see pics) that is about 1/2" in size - hard to see in the busy pattern but obvious when you look for it.
