Decorative Hat

Decorative hat is 8" diameter with the center being 3". Has a string on to hang on wall or to use on a doll or wine/booze bottle. Colored sequence & trim has gold & silver colored threads. Some string art on brim. The black is a velvet material. I used it for wall decoration in my Doll Hospital, very pretty! Still in good condition.
