Decorated festival hat

Iridescent pink chrome shifting cowboy hat hand decorated with lace trimming and dangling jewel beads. I was going to use it for an event but plans changed. The hat has a waist band in the inside that can be tightened for a desired fit. All the materials added up to be upwards of $40 and I was very precise with the addition of the lace and beads. The brand is not dollskill I just tagged the brand for exposure. Hello kitty not included!
