Beautiful button down blouse by Decoded on a size Large, JRS . This short is polyester and machine washable. It has a very silky feel to it and features light blue Butterflies on a black background. This is a 😍 beautiful shirt. The shirt has a couple of runs in the fabric on the shoulder. They are noticable, only upon super close inspection. It's not damaged , but I noticed it in the fabric as a fine white line. see last pics. Thus the cheep price.
