Debbie Morgan Black flouncy Sweater

This fun and flouncy, cozy Debbie Morgan Sweater has a slight retro look but is modern and feminine. The sleeves have a slight ruffle/Bell Shape and the bottom of the sweater glides around the hips with the same flirty sillouette.
