Deb junior’s large black and blue homecoming dress

Black dress with blue and black lace at bust, a blue bow and cinched waist, ruffles at the bottom, and a blue tie in the back. The bust does have some padding. Cardigan not included. Size large in junior’s, though it still fits me and I’m an XS-S in women’s. Comes to or just above the knees. The perfect homecoming dress. The straps are adjustable, however one of them is broken, so there’s a safety pin there (as shown in the picture). The elastic has been coming undone from being washed, but I think you should just be able to cut most of it and it will hardly be noticeable. Those are the only issues, otherwise it’s a beautiful dress. 92% polyester and 8% spandex Last picture is an example of how it looks on someone.
