Deb Black shimmery top

Deb size 3x black shimmery top. Has cut out in the back. Beautiful top. Would be great for the holidays. Bought from another posher. I never wore the top it just fits tighter than what I like. Top is in excellent condition. Tag says 3x but to me it runs small.
