New with tag, did not come with box. These are pleather shoes and have satin ribbons on the outer sole. The ankle strap is secured with a buckle and has a pearl accent. The wedges are fairly high on this and the toe is a platform for comfort. There are some pressure marks on one heel on the inside and some smudges. The marks were present when I received the shoes and I have photographed everything. These are marked 23.5JP which should be equivalent to 7.5US, 4.5UK, and 37.5EU.

flagenmetro @kristkreep2 23.5JP should be 7.5US. Asian sizing sometimes runs a little small. I don't wear this size so I can't tell you if they do. If you wear 6.5-7.5, you'll be fine. If your foot is bigger or smaller (6 or 8), I don't think it will fit.

punkpirate1066 23.5 should be the measurement in centimeters. This means that the shoe size is probably closer to 6.5 or 7. A 7.5 foot would probably be too large.

flagenmetro @punkpirate1066 No, it's the shoe size. It would typically be about half a centimeter larger by measurement than the given shoe size.
