Dear Frances Spirit Boot Blue Velvet

Velvet and leather Dear Frances spirit boot worn outside only twice during the fall, but as the shoe is genuine leather (along with the bottoms) it looks worse than it is! A few scuffs on the boot, but in excellent shape otherwise. They are a 7.5, EU size 38. I’m a 7.5 normally and these run a little closer to a size 7 imo which is the reason I’m selling! These go retail for over $600 and are incredible quality!
