Súper cute multi use halter neck top. This is very simple throw over your neck halter top. It is extremely lightweight but minimal to no see throughness as you can see in the pictures. I styled it with a straight look and a crisscross look and I think both ways this top looks super cute. Perfect little piece for summer time.
