Deadstock Vintage green dress

Wow, this dress is something else. And if it fit my arms I would be keeping it. Vintage, says celene on labels but celine with an i inside. So unsure if this is og céline. 90s style front velvet bib, long sheer sleeves with velvet cuffs, full lined circle skirt. Tags still on. Deadstock. Incredibly the ONLY flaw is that the inside silk layer is discolored as shown on the last two photos - I don't know if this was always like this from the dying process or if it is aged. It does not effect the garment AT ALL. I will add measurements soon. Offers welcome!
