Adorable 1960s deadstock scooter mini skirt 🍎 Red white and blue patchwork bandana print with built in shorts and metal side zipper. Made of 100% cotton and tagged a juniors size 7. Despite the 24" waist measurement I liked how it fit me with 27" waist.
