Brand new with tags (and shoe bags too!), never worn. Box is a little squished from shipping but the shoes are in perfect condition! I have wide feet with bunions and these just weren't wide enough for me. Look up DeFlorance on IG, they have a huge following and very positive reviews. It's just that I'm pretty picky about fit and these weren't wide enough for me in my toebox. They are super cute and stylishly casual. I'm sure you will love the look and feel - the support under your sole is really solid. I normally take a 7- 7.5 and like I said it felt like my toebox was squished. Since the shoes were shipped from China I think the size 38 is an Asian shoe size and not an EU size. If you Google asian shoe conversions, size 38 is a 6.5.
