This dress is really nice quality, thick and doesn't show "trouble areas". Cap sleeves, fitted waist, exposed zipper, bust darts, pencil skirt. Structured. Kinda Mad Men era. Forest green and white striped. It's the "DeCollection" collection from DownEast Basics. One very small snag in the back. Please note: the photo of the dress on a mannequin is just for reference.
