De Vecchi by Hamilton Hodge Belt

Woven sliding feature and velcro closure. Thick, stiff leather, excellent condition. Almost no makes on the leather, which very shiny. The size is Medium. The measurement is tricky because the belt naturally bows, as shown in pics. I show how I measure in the one pic and where the Velcro is using that same measurement. Questions always welcome!!
