De Petits Hauts navy cotton minidress with white dot pattern. I think I paid around 160-200 Euros- purchased at one of their stores in Paris about 10 years ago, but only worn a couple of times, briefly. They have the most beautiful fabrics- this is double layered soft, fine cotton. Size is an XS-S. Measurements available and request.
