Dazzling Blue Necklace and Earrings Set

Unique aqua or bright blue necklace with matching earrings. I haven’t seen a necklace that has a dangle on each side but then I’m allergic to most jewelry so have never worn much. Not sure if the stones have color loss or just come that way. Bonus pin included though colors and metals don’t match
