David's bridal dress

Pretty blue dress from David's bridal! There is some ruffle detail across the bust and waist and the dress hits right above the knee on me. There is a tiny TINY little black speck on the front left, as shown in the picture. The straps have the tiniest of discoloration just from sitting in my closet for years. A trip to the dry cleaners would make it look brand new, however I'm just looking to get rid of it. Only worn once
