David’s Bridal black high-low sequin top gown

Gorgeous gown NEVER WORN 😩 My cousin got married last august and had very first decided she wanted black bridesmaids dresses...she quickly realized that was not the right color for her wedding and I of course had already bought a dress. Can also be turned into a strapless version(see photo) I have never worn it except for trying it on in the store(don’t mind my cupping marks lol) Paid $50 for it and would like to get as close to that much as possible but willing to negotiate a little.
