From top of shoulder to bottom of top - 16-1/2”
Bust - right under armpit - 33”

@brittgray1201 still available. I’d guess true to size or maybe a little bigger. In the pictures I was somewhere between a 4 and 6 and it fit. I’m an 8 now and it doesn’t fit. Hope this helps
