This great petticoat is perfect to give your dress a little more oomph. Be for your prom or your wedding dress or for costuming. In fact, I may keep it for my costumes if it is still around for Halloween. 😉 It has 3 layers of fabric. I bought it to lift two of the gowns that I have for sale here on Poshmark. I did not wear either one gown it was meant for. The waist is a very loose 15 inches. Stretches to 18ish.
