Authentic. Great condition. Blue Topaz and 14k gold accents. At some point it will need to have the stone tightened. It is not loose but when you tap on it it sounds like it has the tiniest amount of movement. This is a very simple adjustment that can be made at your local jeweler. But it has been like this for a while and has stayed the same so I don’t think it’s urgent or necessary at this time. I am unsure of the exact size but when placed on the ring sizer it looks to be a 7.5. I don’t remember the original price but I believe it was around $1000
