So I found my old suitcase from 15 years ago and in the pocket there where my 2 old David Yurman rings! I don't have any pouch or box anymore because I moved since them but I tried to take pictures from the inside of the ring. I believe it might be size 5 or 6. Definitelly not smaller or bigger.
