David Winter Triple Oast miniature 1981 John Hine Limited Missing one full flag and half of another flag. It looks like the existing flags have some glue due to color but I am not sure. Hand painted by: M Stokes. retired 1994 Original pieces have no foliage or white fencing Comes with description card, no original box.I’m the second owner as I purchased from a collector of them.
