David Warren black sleeveless tunic

Black 100% polyester top with tiny silver bits embedded into the fabric in a floral pattern. Fully lined. it has a drapery feel. It is very vintage and has no tears or stains. I wear it as a vest in the cold Chicago winter months. One of the images shows it as a vest with the top button closed. The tag says Large. Length: from back of neck= 23” Armhole top to bottom= 8” Across front( side seam to side seam= 21”)
