This Gorgeous Dress is a beautiful royal blu and has beautiful ruching and draping. there is a sort of floppy bow with a rhinestone embellishment. the fabric is stretchy and measurements were taken without stretch so there is some wiggle room there. there is one tiny snag in the front slightly bigger than a pinhole. that is pictured after tags. otherwise this vintage dress is in excellent condition for it's age.
