New Without Tags David Meister Womens S/M Crochet Knit Button Down Sheer fitted Striped Cardigan Top Blouse.  3/4 sleeves, delicate metalic thread throughout. It can be worn as a blouse with a tank or as a cardigan.  Super feminine, figure hugging piece. Size M but runs small, it's more of a S/M, 4/6 size.  Approximate measurements flat and unstretched: armpit to armpit 16", length 32".  Made of 94% Viscose 6% Polyester.
