David Meister Cocktail Special Occasion Dress Black with Gathered Waist Size 10

This dress from David Meister is in excellent condition and can be worn for a number of occasions such as weddings or parties. The pit to pit measurement is 18 inches across plus has some stretch. The length of the dress from shoulder to bottom hem is 39 inches. The material tag has been removed but I’m finding this same dress online, I saw that it is made of a polyester/Spandex mix.
