Vintage 2003 David Brooks Skirt. Hard to photograph, but Vey Loltia! Excellent condition. Black eyelet poly/cotton fabric with black lace attached to lining and peeks out from skirts hemline. Full A-Line style, fully lined, light elastic at waist band, inviable zipper at hip side. Labeled 8 Petite... Waist: 28"-30", Length 28", Six panels open to 102" wide at hem...room for a petticoat!
