There is a 1/8" repaired hole alongside the left chest pocket (see photo). Two reinforced holes in the back hem should probably have a drawstring of some kind. Chest: (armpit to armpit, flat) - 20" Length: (shoulder to hem) - 26" Other than the hole, the jacket is in wonderful used condition - no stains, seam issues or odors.
