This floral dress has an attached layer of sheer black overlay fabric on the skirt making it perfect for a special event. The black sheer gives the floral a smokey blue color. Size large. Hidden side seam pockets. Waist measures about 33" Bust measures about 38" About 35" from shoulder to bottom of dress. From waist down measures about 19" Excellent condition, only worn once for a special event.
