Darling blue/white gingham blouse w/embroidery

Casual button front shirt with short sleeves, side darts, scalloped hem line, and the sweetest border stitching in blue thread. Materials tag is missing but feels like a poly blend, nice sturdy fabric. Has removable shoulder pads. Excellent used condition.
