Darling blue and white lacey mini dress

Large bell sleeves. Very stretchy material/stretchy lining. Bust approx 20 inches (lots of give) Length approx 31 inches from shoulder to bottom hem. Sleeve-Arm approx 9 inches at shoulder opening (6 at beginning of bell- and bell opening approx 14 inches) *arms are see through blue and white lace but rest of dress is lined*. *Personal closet Item.
