Dark navy blue needle stripe vest

Dark navy blue (almost black) needle stripe vest. No tags inside the vest. In excellent condition. It has however been stitched on the back to make it fit a smaller person. Stitches have been removed, but they left a few marks (not holes) on each side (see last picture). Chest: 21" Waist: 19" Length: 23"
