shopthevalley @bargainqueen1 @bargainqueen1 Hi Laurie, the length is 37” from shoulder to hem and has a waist of 16”. This dress has “tiny” sparkly particles which should not be confused with glitter. I would consider them an elegant integration with lace. It’s definitely not an In Your Face garment (from a glitter perspective. I hope this is helpful. Thanks for your interest. -Chris
