ladywithlittles @mazurojn194 from shoulder to hem on the upper button measures 21.5 inches. On the lower button (which lets out more strap) shoulder to hem measures just over 22.5 inches. The dress fit well for our 5 year old but she was tall for age. I hope this helps!
