Dark blue/black open shoulder dress

Super cute shoulder opening dress that would be great for the holidays with tights. New without tags. [i was going to wear it and took the tags off but didn’t end up wearing it.] it’s a dark blue with some black. The dress has an opening on the shoulder part and is long sleeves.
