Dark blue velvety dress by Insight

Velvety spaghetti strap (with adjustable straps) dress by Insight. This dress is a super dark blue - it almost looks black until you get it in the light! Tag says it is size 8 in US size, but I feel like it runs pretty small (I'm an XS and it's surprisingly not that big on me). This dress is very versatile - it can be grunge or glam!
