Dark blue and black jacket with rouched back and stand up collar

Beautiful fabric woven with blue and black with flecks of white.( see close up picture of fabric). Great styling in the back as waistline is gathered to give style and cinched fit. More pizazz than just a basic jacket. Looks great with navy or black.
