Beautiful dark red color on these vintage 9 West boots made in Brazil. Excellent quality and very good condition. Pull on with the top loops, leather wrap heel 1.5" high. Shaft is 15" tall and top circumference is 13". Style name is Louisa. Condition very good. Very light wear, no damage. Very moderate mark/scratches to leather (see pics).
