Dark Navy Blue Winter Coat - XS

This winter coat was custom made. The height from the top collar to the bottom is ~46.25 inches. The waist is for those around ~25-26inches. The outer arm length is ~21.25 inches and the inner arm length is ~14.25 inches. The color is a dark navy blue! I'm around 5'3" and recommend this for someone who is petite.
